Hotel is near to munnar main stand. we took city view room. we went during monsoon season Pros : View was very beautiful from window. It shown the main munnar town inbetween the mountains. since this was monsoon season, we can able to enjoy all types of climate through the window. Tea is so good. Staffs are very polite. cons: There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. There is no electric kettle and complimentary stuffs in the room. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Only breakfast (buffet) is available with two dishes. we have to go outside for Lunch and dinner even if its heavily raining also. Hotel staffs are not helping us for to get food from outside. We enjoyed a very beautiful view.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price The room was okay, but the TV didn’t work, which was frustrating. The worst part of our stay was the breakfast—it was the worst I’ve ever had. They claimed it was a buffet, but there were barely any dishes to choose from, and the quality was terrible. Parking was also very limited, adding to the inconvenience. For the poor amenities and subpar food, this hotel is highly overpriced. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is quite newly opened, hence it's very neat and clean. Staff is very polite, responsive, and helpful. Just avoid taking the option of breakfast because they don't have proper arrangement for that. They don't have basic bowls for Sambhar and chutney. The menu was repeated, and taste was not up to the mark. No kettle, newspaper was provided as mentioned in amenities. Rest is good. Safe parking is available, and its location is terrific.

Property is really nice and well Maintained, room and washroom was spotless, frontdesk is very helpful, they upgrade our room also as a courtesy, this property is one of the best in terms of stay very near to main market munnar , affordable one and really have great views from their rooms, must recommended This is the best place for family as well as couple also

Our stay experience was very good. Praveen was very helpful, he helped us in booking taxis for exploring Munnar and nearby places. The room was nicely decorated and everything was properly organized.
