The rooms were very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting GOA.They were extremely accommodating. OVERALL A VERY CLASSY AND AWSUM PLACE TO STAY.. Food is gr8 staff is gr8 everything about this place is gr8.. we enjoyed the property a lotttt.. the pool the pool bar the food the staff everything... mr. mrinal the managing body of this resort made our stay very comfortable as he was very accommodating and helpful and very pleasing personality.. thanx mr. mrinal.. keep up..

Worst hotel in the world . Air conditioner , Telephone and Tv are not working, milk powder was expried . In Buffet breakfast only 2 items , juice 40% and 60% water in it . And if you ordered dinner then please wait for only 3hr that is also not confirmed you recieved your order . Hotel management was every time busy with foriegner girls and offered them drinks for there enjoyment . Washroom locked maximum time . We resuce our one member from window after 2 hrs. Rooms are full with insect . I also attach photographers to explain my words. No star hotel is better than this hotel .

staff is very courteous and helpful, but room’s essentials need servicing especially bathroom fittings, mattress wiring and door latches. food was good and quantity given was splendid, good stay and worth the price. the location is 1.5 km far from vagator beach and 4.5 km far from anjuna beach. last lane of 1 km to hotel is a bit narrow and only 1 4 wheeler can go at once, which was the only disadvantage else its a good deal.

Stayed for 3 nights.. hotel ambience is good but cleanliness not upto the mark as not maintained properly.. dummy ponds and pots water was very dirty.. lot of dust in common balcony, staircase etc. rooms are good, bathroom was ok, food not tasted, major drawback is parking out hotel and max 6-7 cars can be parked.. hotel is in little lonely area, very narrow roads.. overall ok experience.. would rate 3 as compare to rates

Hospitality at it's best. Beautiful property with even wonderful staff, led by the able estate manager, Mr Amar Sarin. Made us feel at home, and ensured we had the best stay ever. Staff, right from the gatekeeper to the restaurant/kitchen and housekeeping staff, was super courteous and polite. Strongly recommend this property for stay. Bravo to Mr Amar and his wonderful team !

I would say, Cassa Ahaana is one of the decent hotels which I experienced in GOA. Staff are very polite, and management is great towards guests. Rooms are spacious, with all required amenities. Each floor additionally provided with common space for gathering and dinning. There are various other points to speak, overall I rate as very good.

worst hotel ever I have seen in my life smelly and untidy rooms unhygienic pool not safe at all for couples and family people staying there are drinking alcohol openly everywhere in the hotel no covid protocol following by this hotel
