i love how it is nestled in the most crowded place of Goa yet is peaceful. the owner was cooperative and everything was working great. only thing is the ceilings are low and hence doesn't has ceiling fans! but this is worth the money and is as neat and tidy as any hotel room would be! felt safe

it's excellent stay here.there are 2 rooms ,1 kitchen, 1 bathroom,1 dining hall, 1 living room,2 balconies with complete furnished. rooms and bathroom are very clean ,well maintained . it's worthy to stay here. no problem at all.

Very clean property, close proximity to Baga.Owner living on the property, easily reachable.He was there to explain everything and wifi was working great. Peaceful residence area with close proximity to eateries and booze shop.

I stayed here in 1bhk room with farm view, I must say this is one of the best place to stay with family and very neat and clean place and owner is very helpful. And location is very close to baga beach.

It was a good experience. Rooms were clean. All amenities provided by the host and he is very helpful also. I stayed there for three days with wife and we both enjoyed the stay.
