Hotel is good, rooms and washroom are clean and they have done nice setup for dinner with music and lights, but there are few points to note : Make sure they provide the correct room that you have booked. We booked attic room but they are providing us elegant, after showing photo they have provided the correct room to us. Also It's not on Mall road so if you have bike or vehicle then only go ahead otherwise it would be very difficult to reach hotel by walk as it's very dark at night and there are not much street lights.

Great Experience I had in the cedarwood hotel, Nainital. I went there with my husband and son and stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is very appreciative and the chefs of the hotel make finger-licking food which increases your appetite. All I want to say is that I enjoyed the property. It's worth the money. Safe place, not so crowdy, Garden area to enjoy and to play for kids at the back of hotel, Open space in front of the hotel to walk and to spend some time outside the property. Very nice.

Hotel rooms are good, staff is very helpful and food is amazing and value for money. Hotel have parking space but situated at a steep road near Mall road. Make sure you have vehicle for daily Up and Down. My stay was osm. The staff was so helpful and the food is so good a bit expensive but good.

Hotel was more or less mediocre. The food served as complimentary breakfast was horrible. The linens were dirty & toiletries were not up to the mark. Sorry for this negative review but for the amount taken as room charges, I expected a lot better hospitality & service.

Property was good, but outside area was not really clean, staff was not cooperating at all, as we requested early check-in they was asking for more and more time to clean rooms, and no common washroom which was very difficult to manage

Rooms were good. Not happy with the breakfast they are serving. We requested them to serve 2 pranthas without chilli for kid but they denied. Not good service from them.
