Hotel is very near to Mall road and kalibari temple. staffs are very supportive and professionals. Hotel arrangements with regard to site seeing led by Mr. pawan who is very collaborative by nature. Very clean and well kept hotel. Centrally located near the mall road- takes a short walk to reach the property. The hotel management called and confirmed about the stay a day in advance. The hotel folks also arranged for sightseeing taxi at reasonable rates. Food is also good in the hotel. Early check-in and room heater available at affordable rates. Overall a great experience at Shimla. Many thanks to Chaman Palace Hotel.

The hotel is cozy. We had a good time during our stay. Though the location is little tricky to find, the hotel is very nice. I would definitely recommend this place as it is clean and staff are professional. The location being in the heart of the town.
