Property and the front desk ambience is very good as compared to the area it is in. But maintainance or cleanliness is an issue. Staff is not groomed as needed in the hospitality industry. No restaurant and only room service. Window curtain flaps with the fan speed. Should have been thiker. Toilets needs to be cleaner. Also need.some stands in the bathroom and some table for keeping luggage. Hotel reception should be able to help with conveyance arrangement like auto or cab or rickshaw etc. Should help.with information properly, if bus travel is better than train reliability wise. I missed my connecting train from Gondia as the suggested train although started at 13:00 hrs from Balaghat, I could not catch 14:45 Vidarbha express.

very pleasent , not noisy like other places, very comfortable for even family, proper lights and all amenities provided in room, cleanliness is everywhere even in corridor, food is good, above all service is good and prompt, nice staff even. thanks to the hotel management.

hotel is good , nice looks, very comfortable, service quality is very good, staff is prompt and well behaved, only thing was of television where channels are limited at the time of my stay here. having own kitchen for travellers , food is of good taste.

ultimate neet and clean hotel as well as rooms. food is available at hotel that too very tasty. parking is also good enough but safety is a concern bcoz not having covered parking area. staff is nice and quick in services
