My stay experience was not at all pleasant. The room was ok but the service was not good. We didn't get any complimentary water bottles and when the staff did bring water they charged 50rs for 1 litre water bottle which was very unfair. Also the amenities in the bathroom didn't work properly. The flush was broken and leaking faucets. I was not satisfied with my stay this time and when I asked the staff they made excuses that a large party has just left that's why the service is like that. I totally wasted my money staying there.

this is a new property surrounded by mountains. hotel is neat and clean. food quality is good. big pool with music and volleyball. overall good experience.
