Timeless elegance in a relaxing setting in the middle of the beach and backwaters of Cherai that feels like a dream island! The views from the backwater front sunrise villa room were gorgeous, loved having a roomy balcony in which to wind down after a day of walking on the beach or relaxing by the gorgeous pool. The room was ample size, the bed super comfy, the bathroom had nice fixtures, plush towels, and top-of-the-line toiletries. We had breakfasts and dinner there and the menu for both had a great selection and the prices were very, very reasonable, the entire property was in great condition and very scenic! excellent service with historic, very well appointed villas but the best was the staff I particularly thank Azad and Krishnendu at the desk, What a gracious and knowledgeable receptionist. Our room was beyond expectations, the housekeeping staff was efficient, attentive. I have been to larger or newer properties but this one is on the historic registry. our sincere thanks to you for providing such great hospitality. Looking so forward to going back here whenever we visit Kerala. I really appreciate Dr. Ranjith for maintaining such a cool and peaceful property at reasonable price in Cherai beach, this place is surely an iconic landmark of Kerala.

the resort is just a road accross the beach. there is no crowd at the beach near the resort. we stayed at sunrise villa, room was big had a king bed & a single bed, table, sofa, big bathroom, sitout facing backwaters. electric kettle & fridge was provided in the room. Had prepaid for bf & dinner while booking, restaurant was good. . only issue I saw was that pool did not have an assistant or guard, don't leave kids out of sight. place was big and had enough place to walk around, rooms are single structure which my kid called as "our house", dinning had options to keep everyone happy. and there was a good 2ft deep kid pool and a full flat 5ft deep main pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The resort ambience was lovely & very serene. We look forward to coming back.It was such a wonderful experience staying there in cherai beach resorts, would love to often visit the resort with my loved ones. And really good service from goibibo which helped me to get such a great resort

Nice place to stay, calm and quiet resort in the lush of greenery. The mangroves in the sides of the backwaters gives a memorable sight from the resort. The staffs were very friendly and cooperative. The dinner ordered was delicious and the cost was reasonable.

I went in the month of June. I find it very good. the surroundings are awesome. front side there's sea, back side there's backwaters, full of greenery, ambience is awesome and staff is also very polite and get eeverything we wanted like booking of bike...

Cherai beach resort is a best place for hanging out with friends and family. The location of the resort is perfect, closer to the beach and lake. Detached cottage rooms provide privacy, the resort have a decent restaurant and a nice pool.

The hotel was overall good and budget friendly. The property is located right next to the Cherai beach. Expecting the management to do a bit more maintenance with the room interiors. Overall a great experience.
