Chokhi Dhani is in itself a brand name. The Jaipur village is exceptional. With same expectations, we booked Chokhi Dhani Desert Camp in Jaisalmer. But we were wrong. First of all,..about a welcome drink, but we were never offered one. We entered a tent in which floor mat in front of bathroom was already dirty, it was replaced promptly. Flush was sticky. The camp was nearly empty, off-season they said. Cultural programs in the evening were good, artists excellent. Dinner was good, but breakfast was disappointing. Off-season does not justify using a dirty sheet as table cloth for placing buffet items. The breakfast dishes were also below par. Finally, since there was no phone in the room & no one on the reception counter when we were leaving, we had to carry our luggage ourselves. I left the keys on the reception table. It was a disappointment to stay at Chokhi Dhani Jaisalmer. At this cost, much much better service is expected.
Their fountains are not working. No hot water. Food taste was average. There were hardly any bookings. The entire camp was almost empty. Cultural event was highly boring. No attendees. Every service men there would ask you for tips and make it really awkward for you if you dont give. There was hardly anything to do and overall it was boring.
The staff is very helpful and polite no doubt about that, the rooms are also big and spacious. The bit worry part is food which is not a quality food, as they reuse the oil to fry which was smelly when I tried to complain about the same they said this is the taste of the food. Rest is good to stay.
Found a stone in my aloo pakoda. Such a disgusting experience, poor hygiene in food. No hot water in Swiss tents, water kettle was broken and full of stains. Big size spiders in my tent. Totally a mood off experience. Never expected such stuff from a renowned Choki Dhani group.
Very good property qnd tents were also very nice and clean staff was very friendly specially manjit from front desk helped with whatever we needed and the property is very spacious good for spending some private time with family not like other camps where drunks are going crazy
only name is big , waste of our money , nothing is good. food , service , staff, entertainment all very very poor quality. cold food served in plastic plates , water in plastic glass , manager is rude , . cheated in dessert. . please don't go there
very bad service and hospitality and worse food quality...service is very bad....these people should learn hospitality from other chokhi dhani franchises...overall not at all satisfied with the property..
Facilities are quite good at chokhi dhani desert camp so is staff which was very courteous and on their toes. Evening cultural program is ausum which cannot be missed. Overall wonderful experience.
Hotel was fine, but I had booked it for 2 days and due to some reason I canceled one day stay, and when reached the hotelier said it was not possible to provide refund.
Amazing Stay at Chokhi Dhani Desert Camp... Great Ambience.. Rooms with Pakka walls... Well mannered staffs, welcome was amazing, they serve you food with love..
It’s just the name I would say, though they didn’t stood by the expectations of a brand name so I am highly disappointed with the price and value proposition.
we stayed there for approx 3 days it was good ... the check-in was Hassel free thanks to goibibo.. food was good the room was comfortable with all facility
Max worth is actually ** as cultural programmes are just symbolic ..not by experts. Food quality also not worth good....just ok type....else are very good.
Very nice resort with awesome food and healthy environment. I had visited with family on dated 28th December and had an awesome experience .
Rooms are not upto the mark, water force is poor, geysers are not working properly, its not worth for what we paying.
little bit confused over the place while booking, experienced a quality and marvelous time while stay.
They charged me 1500 extra for ac tent ,which was not clarified while booking .
Excellent stay with all necessary amenities amd food is realy delicious👍
was a good pleasant stay, food quality and hospitality was good.
good resort in the midst of that desert. good service and food
