It was a amazing stay in hotel citizen staff special manager Mr ghouse was very friendly& humble he arranged cab to ajanta on the first followed by second day to ellora at very economical price hotel service was excellent with round the clock service we even got hot milk for the kid at night 2 clock we highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Hotel staff and the owner specially are very caring and supporitve. As I reached late in night even though he arranged the food and take care that there is no problem to us. Room service is at their tow to serve our request and very humble. It was a nice stay.
