BEST HOTEL IN RAIPUR 1. Location: It is located near Pandri Market at a very neutral locality so feels safe and comfortable. Railway station is easily connected by flyover nearby. 2. Cleanliness: Hotel is very clean. Room, washroom, bed sheets are all very clean and tidy. Staff cleans rooms everyday so 5 star on that too. 3. Staff is very polite and professional. They resolved all my issues very quickly. Citrus Prime is worth every penny if you are thinking to stay here. Citrus Prime was a good choice for couple travel because of safe locality it's situated in and non judgemental staff. The staff is very professional with their work. Seamless check in and check out process.

I stayed in this hotel for three days and it was a wonderful experience. The food quality was astounding and the breakfast buffet also had great variety. The classic room which I booked was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was also very professional and humble. The bathroom was also decent. Overall it was a good experience and I highly recommend this hotel to stay at Raipur.

Very good service. Courteous staff. Provided prompt help and arrange to take me at hospital, when I became abruptly sick in the night. And the staff remained with me till 3 am.
