Overall average, as I faced few issues in services.. First of all interior is good but they must know that maintenance is necessary.. They allotted me uncleaned room, lot of dust all around and bathroom was even worst.. They cleaned it when I asked them to clean but not before my check in. The toilet flush was not working in the room allotted to me. The behaviour of manager is also not polite although all the other working staff are supportive. Hotel is in typical streets of Bangalore not on the main road, finding it is bit difficult.

The Hotel, Rooms & Service was very good. The Chickpet location where hotel is famous for shopping of cloths & Electricals wholesale market. Vegetarian restaurant is behind the Hotel serves good food at reasonable price. Food & Shopping is nearby. Hotel is located in a small street since it is located near Bangalore railway station unable to get cabs bcoz of low fares you need to walk for 1km or pay 150Rs where in Ola it's only 60rs. If you are visiting for business purpose Good hotel to stay. Chickpet metro is 500m from hotel.

Bathrooms were not cleaned before giving it to us. The bed spreads were also not changed. It was just looking neat but they only agreed they did not clean it because the staff did not come before they gave the room to us (normal checkin time). We waited at night for around 1-2 hrs for getting the rooms cleaned up, that too after around 10+ reminders they did the cleaning. They also did not give an extra bed for an additional member which they promised to give.

Best hotel to stay if you are coming for purchase in Chickpet. The hotel is located inside the market so it’s easy to bring all your purchase material here. PTN: if you coming in car, make sure you park it outside the market or in near parking places ( maharaja parking per day 300) It’s impossible to bring car near the hotel since the road are small and very crowded.

Never book this got hotel by looking at the Google reviews. It's pathetic. The room and bathroom are unclean. There is no rod or hook to hang your clothes or towels in the bathroom. There is no space in the bathroom. The shower head comes above the wash basin. You should tilt it, stand just in front of the closet, and bath

1the floor of bathroom despite requesting no body cleaned it . flush wasn't working 2. no cross ventilation3. abusive aggressive staff .4. bedsheets were having stains and stains on it (shared the pics ) 5. old aged parents suffered alot 6. unhygienic we have suffered health issues after staying there

The room is so small and the location is a major let down. No parking and no in house food. They could purchase and give you outside food only. I found them in Google maps with high ratings and chose it. May be, the reviews in there are for the party hall and its food.

Room is okay but the location is the main concern. It's a shopping (bazaar) area. So, the traveling in & out was a big problem. While I stayed, they were doing some renovation works too. Little bit annoying.
