Pros:Budget HotelCons:1. Difficult to access: If you have heavy luggage/old people/people with heart issues /poor health/ toddlers you need to carry, this or any hotel in the vicinity is not a good option.2. Nothing works: Telephone doesn't work. T.V is that old small screen one which I doubt works. Gyeser was either ineffective, or not working (most likely latter, as the red/green lights were not going on and water was ice cold). This gyeser problem is common with low budget hotels near mall road (although this is not that near considering the steep slope)3. Didn't feel secure as I could hear random people's footsteps on the property, including in front of my room, even at 2-3 AM. The latch was not robust from inside, and although they had provided a lock & key for locking the room from outside, there was no provision to fasten the lock. If you have valuables, don't leave them in the room. Lone travellers shouldn't prefer this hotel.4. Cleanliness: The bed linen was not clean. However as I carry my own sheet, I didn't complain about it.5. The staff doesn't have a clue about anything. Couldn't even arrange a taxi for me. I told them to tell me the exact charges so that I could confirm; no response. Moreover, don't rely on them for advise on routes, conveyance options, etc. They told me I could take a lift at 7 in the morning when lift starts at 9; that the bus to new shimla is easily available; which is not the case.. The frequency of that bus was less, and they knew I had an exam...6. Rooms were not cozy: While you can't control the weather, you can certainly make the room warm and cozy.. It was chilled and I couldn't sleep properly.Decide to book after considering all the above.

Worst Experience, No service available inside Hotel, They are totally denied everything if required any basic requirement from them. Room was very small. it's very far away from Bus stand or railway station. only positive thing is that Mall Road and ridge nearby hotel overall was not good. very difficult to reach hotel. They are adding complementary breakfast on plan but limited breakfast they are providing. they said in breakfast you will get onlly alloo prantha and Tea which will become costly rather than outside breakfast.

First they will claim that it's near Mall Road, anyone from No Mountain Region, will find it far from Mall Road due to Steep Therein. There are various people working in the hotel and each one will have its own rules and protocols. They have Non Veg in the menu only for name sake. During check in they will inform you that you have many options for breakfast, but the very next day, they will become hostile and rudely reply that you don't have any "OPTION". In super delux they have a setie but of no use

The stay was really good. The view from the hotel was too notch. We got a birds eye view from the balcony. We took a super deluxe room. And the room was exactly similar as you see in the photos. The behaviour from the staffs including hotel manager was too good. And the location of the hotel is superb. Jakhu Ropeway is just 30m away from the hotel. The Ridge, Christ Church, The Scandal, Shimla Mall Road, The Indian Coffee House, Shimla Kali Bari all were in walking distance (approx 500m - 700m)

Worst service..No cleanines.. bedsheets smells bad..TV not working..No mineral water bottle been given..towels n soap also not provided..WiFi is not working..Bio it is written that all rooms have valley view is FALSE.(Pics been shared by hotel as well) additional heater charges are Rs.300...do not go for booking of this hotel.

It was a wonderful experience of staying in hotel city view. All of the staff members are very helpful specially mohit bhaiya and jagdish uncle, best hospitality and the way they resolve the problems. im being a girl and a solo traveller, i felt safest here. Highly recommended to girl solo travellers and family members. 😃

Room is located at very good place. Jakhu ropeway is Just beside the hotel,Mall road and church is at walking distance. only drawback is that geyser stopped working after single use and to reach at hotel you need to climb up but that's manageable. Hotel staff is good and quick to respond.

Fantastic clean Rooms. Even blankets was also cleaned. No smell in blankets. Very cooperative And very polite staff. Very tesy food. Specialy paneer Paratha. Reasonable price. For full enjoyment of vacation I recommend this hotel.

worst hotel, situated at a climbing height, had to till last breath to reach at hotel.... absolutely not suitable for elders, children and ladies to reach there...very small rooms
