One of the best experiences i have had in hotels, it was a pleasure staying in clarks inn express. While my return from ludhiana, as i was late, i was called 3-4 times by the hotel authorities regarding my well being... once i reached, i was welcomed so pleasantly. The rooms were clean and upto the mark. It was undoubtedly a great experience... shall recommend friends and family to stay there surely

Location : Perfect, right on the Jammu-Pathankot expressway with spacious parking area.Rooms & Service : Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. The over all service was absolutely spot on, couldn't ask for anything better.Restaurant : Food at the restaurant was delicious and at affordable prices.To summarise, it was a pleasure staying at Clarks Inn Express in Jammu, loved the experience.

Overall, it was a great experience in Clarks Inn Express. Staff is very responsive, helping, and quick to deliver the ordered items as well. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Even, Laundry is available at nominal price. Best delightful meals served. No Parking issues at all for 4 wheeler/2-wheelers. In short, all possible facilities are provided and it was an awesome stay.

it is so calm and decent. price is worthy the stay and room allocated. It's pretty more and more clean. Staff Vikranth was so humble and polite towards guests. Receptionist and Valet Person are not so welcoming. Room Service is on time and with very tasty food. Accommodation was professional and decent .

We got upgraded room which was best one and food was delicious. Only problem is room is too far from Jammu city and which is not mentioned anywhere and even difficult to find the hotel. Apart location everything is just awesome.

Nice Hygeinic Hotel , sanitsed properly, courteous and on service staff, water. issue was there which was resolved. Distance is 600 m from main Bari Brahmana Chowk. Food is also delicious especially soup.
