It was a good experience staying at the classic hotel. I was a little confused while booking the hotel but the whole stay was pleasant. The most highlighted points of this hotel are its location on mall road and the room service. within 5 minutes I got everything in my room which I ordered. The breakfast was very good even they don't have a buffet. I wish they could add few more dishes like poha, upma, dosa in their menu. Although the rooms and bathroom are not modern but are very spacious. Only one point i would like to highlight that They should give good blowers and also good blankets in winter season. Overall me and my family enjoyed the stay very much.

Many good restaurants like Dominos, Sub way etc. are nearby walkable distance on Mall road. Naini Lake Boating point walkable distance - 5 mins. Ropeway to SnowView point walkable distance - 5 mins.

It is one of the best hotel with best facilities.Room service is very Quick and staff is very much helping and courteous. I reached Nainital around 11 PM at night and as soon i reached at the gate of hotel there were 3 people standing for my luggage. Rooms were also very clean and tidy, I opted for a premium lake facing room. It was having the best view... Everything is awesome except the terrif which is quite high, As it is an old property they should reduce their rest it was a fabulous stay...

I booked a classic non lake facing room (not recommended though) however I was pleased by the hotel staff as they offered me a free upgrade i.e lake facing huge room and trust me its the best room you can get in Nainital. It had a big balcony from where you can enjoy the most scenic beauty of this place(even visible from bed) . Hotel staff was very nice & courteous. Indeed a pleasant experience for me.

From check in to check out, i had not faced nay issue from hotel side, Staff was good and cooperative and they were offering a fast and appropriate service. Room provided was comfortable and clean and of good quality. It is properly situated near to the /mall road and Naini lake. But there was nothing like a complimentary service.

this hotel is situated in the central of main mall road facing lake mountain boat club and viewing nainadevi temple.this hotel is very good for oldager children and young due to its position on mall road room cleanness and room facility is also very good.
