Owners/caretakers are sr citizens. Very humble and responsive. Booked AC room which was very compact with wardrobe and a chair inside a hall of 2 bedrooms. Only space left one side to move around the bed. Bed was twin set with separate mattress and single bedsheet on it which was uncomfortable for my kid to sleep in between. No food service but beach cliff is walkable. Bike on rent available. Overall satisfactory but overpriced when i walked around and found cheaper options Bigger bed Cheaper available option

Had a great stay over there. It's a homestay and not a hotel. So don't expect all the facilities of a hifi hotel. Sea is at a walkable distance. Restaurants are very much nearby at a walkable distance. They will prepare breakfast if you tell them in advance. Rooms were very much neat and clean. It was a pleasant stay over there.

We were a team of 5 friends. We got two adjacent rooms for a reasonable price with a common hall. The rooms were neat and clean. Good behaviour from the property owner. Walkable distance to varkala beach ( around 500 m). We really enjoyed the stay. As a suggestion, TV can be included in the rooms.

We spent there for 2 days, first its budget friendly and too clean and hygenic, and its near to north cliff beach like its walkable distance only. Bathroom are so neat and clean, we can also go with family. Management also good and its cheap and best place to stay!!!

It is a decent average room with not much amenities there, i felt it was over priced. No hot water, just one charging point in the room. Pros: very near to beach & cliff cons: no hot water, no charging ports & little over priced

Very neat and clean hotel near varkala beach, staff were very co operative and it's a good hotel in budget below 1.5k. i will recommend my friends to stay here if they visit varkala.

The road to reach the property is very narrow. If any vehicle comes in the opposite side We should go in the reverse gear for a long way Need some priority for maintenance

Cloud nine cliff is situated on the varakaala main road. The owner and caretaker are very sweet and caring. The room was average.
