It was a beautiful memorable experience staying here.. They have an infinity pool with the view of Veena valley, which makes you feel on top of the world.. The rooms were so clean and well maintained..The staff over here are very helpful and polite..The food is bit costly as per quantity provided..The road is in bad condition to reach here from main road.. Overall the best experience..

The resort has an infinity pool with awesome view! Thats the highlight of the resort. Their staff and service were good. Rooms are clean with great mountain views again. They need to improve on food taste though. Its okay and simple as of now. For family, this was a safe resort with peaceful ambience. Its gaming zone and pool were enough for family to have pleasant time.

The best stay! The amenities too were good including the game zone,pool etc. The road to hotel is bit tough. Network for Vodafone and Airtel is not available inside the rooms. Jio and Idea works perfect. The view from the rooms are great. The food was delicious. Do not try the chicken pakoda its not worth. Altogether the stay was perfect. Calm and great atmosphere.

The location of the resort is the best facing the valley and Doom lake. The resort is very helpful. The only thing that the management should look is for the minor fix like better cleanliness of rooms bed and cushion sheets and washrooms. The food was amazing both veg and non-veg. One should look to book rooms on 3rd or 4th floor which are valley facing.

Great place and good food Staff really nice and hospitable View is simply breathtaking Great place to visit with family and kids Only one minus point - if you are travelling by public transport the walk from the main road the resort is a bit back breaking Its really warm and safe

we went during monsoons. the stay in Cloud mist Resorts was amazing. The resorts have their in-house restaurant which was good. The view from our room was heavenly. Would recommend the place.

the location of the property is very nice. the view is awesome but not boomed room no 100 series as they don't have any view. overall is nice except room service and breakfast.
