1. This was not a hotel but more of a homestay without kitchen.2. Start - we reached late in night and had to walk through thin lane 200 mts along aide a large drain to reach hotel. it was very scary 2a. Vehicle dropped us and has fond its own way.. fortunately we were in cab there is no parking there but someone from hotel will come and carry your luggage in hand cary3. No Beach View - there is no beach view from hotel but easy access to beach4. facilities were very normal and okay 5. the staff was cooperative and helpful but they were only 2 of them managing whole show. shortage of staff 6. No Breakfast/Tea/Dinner within the Hotel. the staff will guide you to 1 or 2 breakfast joints where they have a collaboration. and that too has a very limited options. 7. In Night there is no easily avilable staff. i had to go to market to buynot recommended if you are expecting any facilities and coming with familyvery basic facilities just for stay and beach access and good for friends stay.Whole property was bad and premises were bad and bad experience.

the rooms are really gud...owner and staff is very friendly and caring.....and very close to beach ....very silent and calm place......only issue was with water in bathroom while I was staying some plumping filtering work was there....owner said as work finishes water will be very clear.

good resort with an affordable rate. just near to beach around 100m walk to the beach. only draw back they dont have a resturant and car parking facility inside the resort. still i will leave four star for there kindness and clean room....

very nice location of hotel...only problem is restaurant not opened yet......but it's just 20 meters from beach....and lot of hotels are there...nice staff....ready to help any time...overall great experience...thanks to akhil..

everything is good, the staff is also good cleanroom tv working fine contact to Akhil for better service good to stay in affordable price too much near to Kovalam beatch only restaurant is not there.

Worst place. Don't go by the photos. Completely useless and pathetic experience. Breakfast was included but no food was provided plus no toiletries and other amenities. Totally wasted my money.
