The facility is not maintained properly. There were mosquitoes in the premises and we could not sit outside near the pool in the evening. We rushed outside to roam around. The tap water was not clean. The pool rides were not maintained properly. Cleanliness around the pool where there is stagnant water needs to be maintained. Rooms are okay. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Food is good. Not worth the money. Just one day stay is good enough as there is nothing to do other than dipping in the pool as alibaug's beaches are also not good to do any activities.

Me and my friends recently visited Alibag in Nov '20. During our visit we stayed at Coconut Ivy Resort and we are glad we decided to stat here. The best part of resort is, it is at the center of Alibag. There are two beaches Alibag & Versoli within 1.5 Km radius. The key points to share about resort is their friendly staff, the food and drinks, cleaninlines of rooms and resort and location. Hospitality ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food and Drinks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hygiene ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The overall stay was good. Resort is located on the main road itself and very close to Alibaig and Varsoli resort as well as bus stand. Food was okayish.. only issue is rooms are little old so there will be particular smell in the room otherwise property has good amenities nd as the name goes it has good coconut plantations very picturesque. Slides are great for kids nd pool is grest for adults. We enjoyed the stay

The resort is nice, spacious rooms. Initially we had some problems as the name was Big Splash and now the name has got changed to coconut ivy resort. You can come here to enjoy and relax. The beach is hardly 10 minutes bybwalk from the resort.Overall a very nice and refreshing experience swimming pool, relaxing environment, food, spacious rooms

overall experience was good, staff was also very kind. the only thing that could be improvised is the room.Room looks ordinary just a simple old hotel room and doesn't goes along with the price we paid. doesn't provide the vibe we want. although pool area is amazing, food was ok.

construction is too old. too dirty window ac with terrible noise. breakfast was also not good. totally waste of money. will never suggest this property! bedsheets and blankets were selling badly! smelling
