when we enter our room.. it's totally dairy even washroom was totally dirty.. we told them then they prepared our room.. we check in near about 1.30 , but the room was totally uncleaned.. and we booked room with sofa but in our room there was no sofa. we told them to change our room , but they don't change it. they told in saturday there was crisis in room that's why they don't change it, but there was so many rooms which was empty but still they don't change it. we was totally disappointed. hotel service is not so much good.. we have to told them several times for water ,cold drinks & tv remote. but property is good but it should be well maintained & well managed. & even they charged extra rs.200 for tax

You can't complain if you consider the price but a lot can be improved VIZ. Cleanliness, Ventilation, Room Service. A huge plus is the basement parking, if you are not going to stay at the hotel the entire day then this place can be considered. I don't recommend this hotel if you want to spend quality time together
