Firstly property caretaker denied check in and asked us to pay 500₹ extra and offered us a room in a different hotel on a different location.I called customer care but there were no proper support from them. After putting a-lot of pressure caretaker gave us a room with no broken AC. In short very poor experience. Worst part of all i was with my mom and sister. Inconvenience faced during check in and heated argument with property care taker

Its fake.. they don't take online bookings and ask you to cancel them online booking and pay more in cash. If not then they simply say that the room isn't available. When i spoke to the goibibo and oyo team, the guy at the reception told me to hang up and book in cash. When i spoke to the owner, he was extremely rude and mannerless. DO NOT book this hotel. Also, its extremely dirty, unhygienic and unkept.

Horrible. He charged extra Rs.250/- from me for room otherwise he refused to give the room .
