At booking time they are showing Free complimentary Breakfast lunch and dinner , but at the time of Check in At the hotel they are saying they are providing only room service. I paid extra for the lunch dinner facilities interns of Complimentary. Simply it is misleading the customers for the same room at high cost . Dont book blindly without talking to hotel Staff. you should refund the extra Cost for complementary lunch dinner and BF, which is mentioned at the time of Booking. or else mention the hotel staff provide food as complimentary as you mentioned. first you should cross check whether the hotel is providing a complimentary breakfast lunch and dinner or not ! Open your Eyes.

staff are changing the room, telling that deluxe room booked is not available and asking the additional charges for providing the room.
