I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maharana Pratap Hotel (Super O collection, Mahakal Ujjain), and my experience was truly enjoyable. The hotel offers a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Room Review: The well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the amenities provided, such as the air conditioning, and Wi-Fi were excellent. Staff Review: The hotel staff was extremely polite, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, they made sure I felt welcome and attended to all my needs efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

There was not a good experience to stay at super collection o mahakal. First hotel name is totally different so very much difficult to find it. It's name is 'maha rana pratap'. Even though, we couldn't contact on their mentioned phone number after several attempts!! Might be wrong phone number too!? We were arrived at 8 pm and rooms were not ready. They provide only 1 towel per room after many requests. There is no facility for food/tea. Mainly I have been booked for AC rooms but rooms were non AC room, very much suffocating entire night. Too much noice coming inside the room as people were talking at late night, very disturbing. We can't sleep whole night. Our 3 days plan for Mahakal & Omkareshwar temple were totally distrubed due to our first night's insufficient rest.
