It was a horrible stay at this hotel. Me with my wife had reached there around 9.40 pm. However we were able to get a room only after 11 pm. When we reached there, there was no one in the reception. We had to wait for the receptionist for more than half an hour. After 30 minutes, the receptionist came. His behavior was in an arrogant manner. He told us that we have to vacate the room at 6 am in the morning. Also we will be allotted a non-AC room. When we responded against that, he said that we have to pay additional 1500 Rs for staying up to 11 am, which was the original time mentioned. He shouted harshly towards me and my wife. After arguing for a couple of time, he called the GM. The GM through phone mentioned that we had booked for the AC room and we can stay there till 11 am.The receptionist after disconnecting the phone, again continued his harsh behaviour. The pathetic case is that the reception files didn't have any details regarding our booking or of any other persons.My only question is, Can anyone recommend this to any other person? For a family, its an utter wastage of money.

I pay extra amount to hotel for booking,I booking room for 1235 but when reached hotel they not accept with that amount so i paid 1850 total for 1 room, what service your

worst customer handling, though the breakfast was included in the booking, the hotel refused to provide it.
