we had a booking beforehand, but when we reached, we were told no room was vacant, how is it possible if we already had an booking,the amount we paid, they said it wasn't enough, we had to pay more, they were showing different amount from that was paid, besides they were saying we had to pay more in cashwe were given a temporary room for staying that night and they told that we could a standard room in morning, the room was extremely dirty and very small, the question is why would i stay even a single night in spite of paying the full amount shown in the app and already i had booked beforehandwe could stay in that room, we reached the hotel at about 8 pm and made to wait for almost two hours in reception and then were told no room was vacant. before reaching the hotel i called there, their phone was switched off, so there was no way for me to know the situation there beforehand, so that i could cancel the booking before the cancellation period.we were also told that our id was not valid, we were coming from very far, and they told us our ids were local, according to local issue they could not accept the id, but they could have told us when we did the booking, but they didn't.we had to leave in the middle of night and find other hotel.our entire money was wasted in hotel raj palace.horrible experienceextremely rude and inhuman behaviour from the hotel staff

The service of Hotel Rajdarbar is very bad, the rooms are dirty and damp, bad smell and the bathroom is also dirty, the attitude of the housekeeping service and reception staff was very negative, I would never like to stay in such hotels, the experience of this hotel was very bad. it's been bad

The earlier room (104)they gave me was very dirty. Pubic hair on the bed sheet, toilet was very dirty. Later they moved me to a newer room(208), which was very well maintained but the bucket was still very dirty. other than that okay stay

One of the worst Hotels in Kolkata.. Rooms are dirty, bathrooms are also dirty, rooms size are like bathrooms, lift looks like British period, I book ,I highly recommend do not book this Hotel. Otherwise you will regret.

The experience of being here was very bad, Room is very unhealthy and unhygienic. Wasroom is very dirty and mirror is not clean, Bed is very poor in quality Staffs behavior is very bad.I am very unsatisfied

Located near to city center 2, good location for airport access. food never tried. economic tooms are very small, no chair, nonadjustable AC.
