I was very happy that I got the good deal after all but when I reached the hotel my happiness of getting the good deal turned into an nightmare with in a second. when I reached the hotel on 31 night around 11:15 pm, the receptionist on the desk denied my booking and then kept me waiting for half an hour after that I gave a call on the property phone number which was mentioned and guess what, it was of the call center, so I had no other option but wait as the agent asked me to resolve the issue with my booking, then again after they kept me waiting for 15 minutes, but now with help of customer care my booking in the hotel got confirmed. I took the long breathe and thanked God for saving me and my money. Receptionist asked me to go and check in into room room no.205 first on second floor, although there was no one to carry my bags to the room, I went to room no.205 and as soon as I entered the I realised theml my nightmare has not ended it just took a small break, bedsheets were so dirty and messy, room floor and bathroom were like, I directly entered in a hell. Straightaway I went back to reception guy and asked him to change my room but he was not there to help, he was on the reception to fight, his talking behaviour with customers is like 'phans toh tum chuke ho ab kya bigad loge humara, hum local hai".I was tired and I wanted a good sleep so I insisted him for another room, he kept me waiting again and then gave me room number 208, I went back again and as soon as I entered the room 208, I realised that I got scamed, this room was even more dirty and the smell was very bad in that room, toilets and bathrooms were even more dirty and in size also were so small that person can not even stand properly.But this time manager of the hotel saw me frustrated and irritated and came for help he brought a sweeper with him and cleaned the room infront of his eyes, after the room got cleaned I asked them the keys of the room and every hotel gives the keys to their customers but this is the hotel which kept denying to give the keys of the room and asked me to leave my belongings in the room without locking the room, I denied to this and again after half an hour they changed my room and gave me room no. 207 with keys this time, this room to they cleaned infront of me and kept me waiting outside the room, at 12:30 I got room 207 these are not rooms these are cubicals turned into the rooms, bathrooms were so dirty and small flush tank was broken, drains were choked, no mirror in the room, no television, no wifi Even the staff of the hotel was not interested in providing the basic amenities like soap, or towels.Bedsheets and blanket were so dirty and smelly that no one can sleep properly in that and still when you go to reception and talk to reception guy for all these problems, he talks like a local goon who was there to kill your voice plus one thing more they don't even provide room service, so opting this hotel means opting for self service.Some how I completed my stay which was of night only but if the reader are reading this review, please consider this review seriously because we also earn our living by doing so much hard work. They are running pg service and hotel in one premises and earning well that's why they don't care that the customer who is paying them from his or her hard earned money for comfort and cozy stay

Horrible Experience Recently stayed at Ratriram Palace. Never seen such a pathetic hotel in my life. The room itself was dirty with bad smell, stained in curtains and dirty bedsheets. The bathroom had mold and a persistent odor with insects that made it unbearable. The air condition was broken. This experience was far from what I expected, and I would not recommend staying here. Save your money and find a place that values its guests.

Very bad and dirty hotel.Totally wastage of money.I never suggest anyone to go there for stay.Staffs are not cooperative and supportive nature.Rooms and washroom are very dirty.Bed rolls are in very bad condition.I experience very bad smells everywhere..Never choose this place to stay .

i wish i could give negative ratings, the hotel is worst. I can't even imagine. the pictures is no where even close to the images shown.i am even contacting the customer care but they are not helping me in anyway.

fan not working in this property, and not a good reception assistance. After that I told him to please repair the but even nobody response in the reception.
