1)I've booked for AC room, but got non AC room . 2) There was blockage in the wash basin outlet which was not rectified. 3) During our four days stay not even single time the room was broomed, mopped and bathroom cleaned. 4) There were no hangers and shelves to keep clothes. 5) For 4 days stay of two adults only one bath towel and two very small soaps were given which not lasted for two days atleast. 6) No 24 hrs hot water, it flows after 7 am . 7) Blankets and bedsheets were not changed even once during 4 days stay. 8) No water provided in the room and intercom not working. It was overall very worst experience. I'm not happy with Goibibo as they are not having any follow up after room booking.

Bohot bekar experience hai , toilet main pani leakage kar raha , AC bhi work nhi kar raha . Property main room bohot chote hai blankets bht dirty h koi room services nahi hai bahut ghatiya hotel h very bad experience . Hotel main koi room service nhi hai na towel diye aur blanket bhi ganda hai , change karne ki request ki toh denied kar diye .
