the AC rooms are spacious for 2 adults and a child of upto 10 - 12 age no extra bed is needed and they provide double bed which can accomodate 3, rooms were very clean and tidy as well, from outside it looks like very old haveli but rooms are very good renovated, and had beach view, its right in front of the beach, just a few steps to the beach. Ameneties like AC, geyser and tv were working well and did not face any issue, the staff is also very welcoming, good stay overall, recommend this for family

very good service. nest and clean and big rooms. one can see beach from balcony nearest to volva beach. beach is in front of hotel. bus stand, taxi/auto stand is also with boundary wall of hotel. recommended to all.
