I hardly write any review however the experience I got with conrsd has forced me pen down an review..The service experience at conrad is truely,every staff starting from security personnel at gate are truely courteous and welcoming ,at checkin I was offered an upgrade to lake facing room on 22nd floor ,the view from room was simply breath taking,at restuartant I must admit that service guy st caraway restuartant gurusewak singh truely stood out as he went an extra mile and ensured that all our orders at live counters at served in time and he cleaned up the mess on the table due to water spill without asked for gurusewak singh deserves a raise..kudos to you team conrad...we will be back for staycation at the property soon..

By far, the finest hotel experience I and my family have had so far. Right from the front desk to every single representative are well trained, display exceptional customer service. The property is very well maintained and pure luxury in every aspect of accommodation. The food was exceptional. Conrad Bengaluru was by far our best choice of an Anniversary getaway and we had an amazing time! Thanks to the entire crew and especially Ms. Priyanka Mashruwala, Guest Relationship Executive, who took care of the complete itinerary including arranging a pool side candle light dinner, an anniversary cake, a free room upgrade and amazing hospitality. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing especially Achint Dang in front desk at night on 31 st dec . He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangalore:)
