Well, it was my 2nd time here in Courtyard by Marriott, Chennai. I was traveling with my wife and kid and we were to leave for New Delhi the next evening. So, this time is was kinda special 'because it was my wife's birthday and prior leaving Chennai I wanted to surprise her during our staycation. We'd stayed in Room 1020 and it was quite spacious, cozy, and had a great outside city view with lot of trees at the front. In the evening during sunset, we'd our tea watching sun settling down with the right music and amazing company of my wife and kid it turned to be a perfect evening. We had our dinner and breakfast at the restaurant Paprika and it was very delicious with wide range of delicacies to soothe your tastebuds and stomach as we munched to our favorite food and even tried the freshly baked muffins at muffin tree and turned out to be yummy. Also, to mention we also got a small complimentary cake and a birthday card for my wife from the team Marriott. Thank you so much Team Marriott for making our stay comfortable and memorable. The staff were very courteous and helpful and would like to mention that it's the guest service which speaks about the hotel.Adios! We'll definitely visit again when we're back in Chennai. As such nothing! Since I was with my wife and kid and during check-in I was completing the formalities which took some time the kind lady from guest service saw this and without wasting more time she asked the reception to hand over the keys while I completed my check-in formalities she escored my wife and kid to the room. That was kind for her. Thanks team Marriott.

I had my US visa interview and I booked this hotel for one night. Metro from the airport leads directly opposite the hotel! I had arrived quite early (check in time is 2 pm but I arrived at 10 am), but they still let me check in, so that was very nice. We ate room service for dinner. The food was expensive but very good! There were good options as well. If you want, you can order food from outside, but the only thing is you will have to collect it from the lobby. The hotel cleanliness and room were really good as well. Their complementary breakfast was amazing! For people who have a visa interview, I highly recommend this hotel, since it is very close to both the visa application center as well as the US consulate general. We also had a flight around 6 pm the next day. They let us check out late as well (normal check out time is 12 pm, but they let us checkout at 3 pm). The hotel staff were very friendly and kept asking us about our stay, and what they could do to improve. They also did temperature checks at the front, as well as sanitizers were present almost everywhere. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially to people who are going to Chennai for visa interviews.

Great Marriott property for all business travel. Highly recommended to all business people who want to experience budgeted as well as high-class facilities in one premise. Extremely polite and supporting staff for all your concerns. Food is ok. Breakfast is really good. In room dining i guess depends on experience. I just dont like food taste. So i do order from outside . Neat clean and quite premises adds to your work efficiency. Amazing services. Specially front desk people are great.Relax environment , neat and clean rooms and quick services.

Rooms are spacious specially Executive rooms. Food quality is very good. You can have various Indian and continental dishes with different varieties. Hotel is in the centre of the city. Markets are nearby and easy accessible. Hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. Ambience is very nice and gives you all comforts which makes your stay very pleasant.

Amazing stay for 3 nights. Breakfast was well served and one can easily get spoiled by the spreads. My daughter was well taken care by Ms.Chitra from the front office. The housekeeping executive was also very caring too. perfectly sized room for a family and best place to stay in Chennai. Room service, breakfast served, front office help.
