It was for business trip. I found the staff very slow, not well informed. Even at 4pm my room wasn't ready while check-in is 3pm. Later while billing I had to double check the machine as the staff had put double the amount while swiping. Very ok operations wise not worth a 5 star property and the amount they charge.

I booked for 3 adults & I was charged for 3 adults at the time of payment they did not showed me any additional charges to be paid at hotel but when I reached the hotel where I was been told to pay again for the third guest which I have paid earlier at the time of my booking it was the worst experience of my life

This is the best hotel in the said area. With a staff so polite and prompt, you will definitely feel happy. Food quality amazin. buffet is reasonable. Rooms r clean. View from room is pristine. Indoor games are fun. Pool side is cozy. Gym is very clean. 100% value for money for the brand. Strongly recommended.

Marriott Chakan is where I have booked my stay for two nights for 3 adults but am surprised that the voucher issued to me is mentioning 3 adults wherein the hotel voucher is mentioning only 2 adults. The hotel has asked me to pay 3000 plus taxes extra for the 3rd adult. disappointed
