The room is great. The amenities are great. But there are small cockroaches everywhere which at one point got irritating because they would run around all of my things. Breakfast came with our booked stay, however for lunch and dinner arrangements were expected to be made. The staff helps in getting lunch at your door but they only take cash for that. So if you don't have cash, you should arrange your own food. The staff is ready to help you around. Like they helped us with our bags even if we didn't enter the hotel yet. They suggested food places around even though we had a language barrier. Me and my friend booked the stay and the check out time was 11 a.m. but the train time was at 4 p.m. We thought they'd agree on letting us stay for a few hours but they straight up said I have to pay an extra day's charge. So we had to pack up our things early and place them in the lobby. So if anyone is booking thinking they can talk and manage the check out time, we suggest not to rely on that.I had to work all night. So their Free Wifi really helped.

100 m to US Consulate office,1.5 km from US Bio-metrics Green room-very small, inconvenient. I upgraded to Suite by paying extra 675 as I did not like green room. Initially I was told to pay 400 extra but once he found out that I liked the suite, he quickly almost doubled the extra charge. Horrible experience. Breakfast-3 idle,1 small coffee. Bad breakfast. Bathroom - nice but water will accumulate while taking shower below your feet for a while as drainage is bad AC - very nice Bus 25G to north of Marina beach towards MGR memorial and nearby Vivekananda House, Victoria war memorial, St. George Fort, High Court, Reserve Bank Bus 27D to south of beach towards Church and Hindu temples Botanical garden and 1000 lights metro - walking distance Nice hotel for US visa related work. Choose this hotel only for US visa work and not for anything else

Awesome place with courteous and very helpful staff. The US consulate is just across the road from the hotel, and the advantage is that there is an underpass, so there's no need to cross the road. In 2-3 minutes, you will be at the entrance to the US consulate. The staff were extremely helpful and ready to extend their support. In fact, they gave me a very informative tip: there is no specific appointment slot time. You just need to be there in the morning and get in the queue. My appointment was for 8:30 AM, but they advised me to be there by 7:30 AM, which I did. We were out by 8:15 AM after getting our visa approved. I would recommend this place to everyone. I would like to thank the hotel management staff for all the help and support they provided during our stay.

I have stayed with my family in this hotel for 3 days during my visit to Chennai for US Visa Interview. The rooms are very well maintained and clean and hygiene. The bathroom is good. The people at reception or all the workers are very polite, good and providing guidance in case of any issues. Complimentary breakfast is available. There is no in-house restaurant available. But there are many restaurants around the hotel. Can ask the reception to order food for us or Swiggy/Zomato delivers food. And YES!!! The hotel costs may look bit pricey. The US consulate is very near from the hotel. Just cross through the subway and you can reach in 5-10 minutes by walk. And for biometrics, VAC is just 3kms away from hotel. Take the help of local autos or use Uber/Ola.

Situated at very prime location. Those who r coming for the US visa interview then it is very nearby from this property. The staff is very cooperative. Manager and owner are very very cooperative. Rooms are very clean and neat. I stayed for three days in this hotel, the experience is very awesome. They helped me a lot. over all my experience with this property is very nice. Hotel is very much well maintained and in central location. The only problem with this hotel is that it doesn't have reasturant and so selecting breakfast option is waste of money as they bring food from near by food joint.Many food joints are around where foods are easily available.Apollo Hospital is 1km far and if some one likes walking easily they can walk and go.

It is very close to USA consulate and the Manager is very helpful and gives instructions about VISA process. Rooms are clean and breakfast is decent. They also provide Iron box and refrigerator in the room. Surprisingly wifi signal is better than other star hotels.

the hotel is in a very good location along the Anna Salai Road.Also the staff and the receptionist are very helpful in understanding our concerns.Only breakfast menu items needs to be increased.

Stay was good but facilities provided by hotel was not good like 500ml water only, no soap shampoo for bath, breakfast service was not good even there were limited breakfast as per kitchen guys.

Very neat and clean rooms and super cordial staff. I had come early for checkin but mr azar did his best to accommodate me early. US consulate is just across the road and VAC is close by.
