I had a terrible experience at the hotel. It was raining when we were checking out so we took our shower caps and asked for any possibility of umbrellas or ponchos. We were given garbage bags (no issues there) but were charged 15 rupees each for the 5 black garbage bags. On top of that we were asked to pay another 75 for the 3 additional shower caps that we had asked for to protect our heads from rain. We were 5 guests. It was a VERY BAD experience. Will not recommend to anyone.

this is a good hotel located 3 km from ayodhya cantt where vande bharat train halts. hotel is well maintained and rooms were clean. highlight was the bathroom which has a unique appeal. breakfast has decent spread with good seating space. only feedback is that we ordered khichdi for 1 year old baby and they charged the price of an adult. most of the hotel we stayed either charge very minimal amount like 50-100 or it is free.

Located near Airport, but far from Ayodhya Temple. Inconvenient for someone visiting for Ram Temple and other places (particularly if you want to rest in-between). It is near Airport and Cantt. Railway Station, so plan accordingly. The maximum no of guests permitted in a room is 3 and anyone above 5 years of age is counted as adult. We were forced to book another room for stay with our 2 children (9 yr and 12 yr) and mother.

Stay was nice , however food prices is on a higher side. Hotel needs to be on reasonable side towards making arrangements of Travel of Guests to visit Ram Mandir and places of interest in Ayodhya for a visit. In house team suggestions to connect to Travel Agents services including Taxi Services is expensive.

Room was excellent. Infrastructure was excellent. But the food was worst. I have to go to another hotel for food. It's over expensive and worst. It taste never tried food from here

Specially,I remember Staff Executive Khushi who welcomed us nd her welcoming nature is overwhelming. Overall best experience,for this I always choose Cygnett Hotel.

Really Good Hotel. Clean rooms. Near the airport. If you want to travel or commute nearby, they also help to arrange rental car with a third party car company.
