Hotel Dayal Gateway

So we stayed here for about 3 nights and I actually booked both types of room the executive twin room as weel as executive twin room and I will be sharing the details for both. Firstly coming to the hotel, the hotel location is great, not only in Gomti nagar but also next to so many eateries and also so many options of cafés in the compound itself just walking distance to places like melting point, fresh factory, cafe hons and many more. So that was a big plus if you consider going out, also outside the compound area you would still find many roadside eateries like small ones and the budget ones but that would require a little walk but not more than 500m. Now coming to the rooms, both twin and king rooms were spacious enough, the only thing was in the washroom there's no option to hang any clothes or towel. The service was however very slow, like for any particular food especially we had requested for baby food and for that we had to wait for quite sometime but still it wasn't as explained so we had to request them to again boil the same and that as well took some time. However the breakfast was nice, with enough options to try with and the service in Belissimo (the restaurant) was nice. Now coming to the bad parts, the main issue which I heard for the very first time ever staying in a hotel, they don't provide you any utensils free of cost, like if you ask them for a spoon or a plate or even a bowl they would charge for it as it cost them for whole unit, not sure how no one mentioned this is in the reviews but it was quite surprising. So if you order from swiggy zomato you can't ask them for the plates unless you are ready to pay for the same. Also, the reception behavior was not so welcoming as it was more like a normal hotel nor like how I have experienced in other 4/5 star hotels, but it depends I guess person to person so not big of an issue. We stayed on 5th floor first and then on 2nd floor, room wise no such difference but view wise obviously the 5th floor had nice view and less noise but 2nd floor had the noise coming from ACs as well as smoke smell was there on the floor and lot of movement which we could hear in the rooms as well. All in all a nice stay, just few here and there's but overall worth 4 stars.

My stay at Dayal gateway has been more than good. The rooms are neat and clean and checkin was hassle-free. Being a new property everything was top notch and the room size was more than decent. All amenities were taken care of very well. Everything was good. The stay was very comfortable the staffs were very helpful and courteous. The response to the queries and requirements were taken care of very well. Just a small addition that can be done if u can provide bathroom mats and slippers that would be really good. Surely will look forward to stay again.
