Rooms are very small..room bedsheet was so dirty, we checked in at around 1pm in afternoon and did not stay in the room directly we came in evening and we saw the the bedsheet is so dirty that time we called the reception and told to change, so the guy st the reception is saying why didnt you tell at the time of checking this is not the way he should answer, it is their duty to change at anytime. Very bad behaviour of staff, i have stayed in so many places in goa but this was the worst stay, luckily i booked it only for 1 day. Guys please dont go to this place . Also in room its written no smoking and the toilet was smelling of cigarettes. Not recommending anyone .

Good staff, Food is good. Vehicles on rent is available very close, and cleaning is done on regular basis. Although rooms are a bit compact, specially the restroom. Location is a bit far from nearest beach(15 mins by vehicle). 24 hr confectionary just opposite to the stay. They also have spa services for you to relax. Early check in and check out is not a problem if rooms are available and can be availed at reasonable rates.

The service is pathetic The rooms are below average The staff is rude and doesn't have sense of service. This place is so unwelcoming it's unreal how these guys are in service industry. The owner have a designated parking in the vicinity but the guests have to park everything outside.

Room was good. We had AC problem occured. Bathroom was clean but small. No bucket was there. No Door mat. We have to call essential things to bring. Overall room was good. Dont take breakfast here its very bad. Food quality is not ok. Service of waiters was not ok at all.

The location is quite good, rooms are clean but the room size and hotel facilities does not do justice to the price. Though the staff is supportive but lacks a bit in terms of providing the basic service. The rooms are right in the parking lobby and had lots of mosquitoes.

This hotel is an average one. Rooms had a bad smell. Not a 3-star hotel, as mentioned on different portals. Rooms are a bit pricey for this kind of hotel. Only 1 plus point is their staff is helpful and supportive.
