Pros : 1. Rooms and bathrooms were good. Cons : 1. Rude staff. Our checkin was at 2pm and we didn't get our rooms till 5pm. All our plans got spoilt as our group of 9 had to wait in their small waiting hall area after 12+ hours of road travel. They did not even provide wifi password and the attitude in general was very unprofessional. 2. Horrible service. They didn't even clean the rooms despite letting the housekeeping know multiple times, and later gave stupid excuses. 3. There were no shower gels provided initially, and the reception/housekeeping wasn't picking up the phone either so there was no way to get the essentials other than personally going down and dealing with the unprofessional staff. In general, the staff behaves as if they're doing us a favour if we're staying at their hotel. Hardly picked our phones up during the stay but were prompt to let us know and call us multiple times to remind us we had to checkout. The telephonic street just works one way for them it seems. Would not recommend this hotel as it looks good, but their service would make sure your trip gets spoilt.

I would have given an average 3 rating considering the hotel is decent in meeting minimum requirements. The TV often does not work, they dont come for housekeeping even to clean the waste bins, there is hardly any healthy options in breakfast (only deep fried food), stains all over the curtains and room. However, the three stars are for the staff behaviour, they were nice at least when asked for anything they did their best. But the reception lady was courteous. We had family booking in two rooms and due to flight timings we had to check out one room so the family members were in another room we booked, the receptionist kept calling asking when we will leave.. this was the worst experience ever when we paid for the rooms and with kids, didn't understand what kind of treatment was that. Finally, when we found several small black insects in rice we ordered freaked us out completely.. we decided this is probably our last trip to this hotel. Hygiene in food and respectful behaviour is the least one expects

It was an okay stay overall. 1. Morning staff (Rashmi) was quite helpful but not the night staff. You might need to remind them for every small essentials you need. 2. Wifi works on its own.3. Hot water seems to work on timely basis (no hot water at night).4. You may need to sacrifice your sleep to get early breakfast. 5. Rooms were cleaned every day but again you may need to remind them to change bedsheets. 6. It is near to Anjuna and Vagator beach. 7. Surrounding area is calm and quiet.8. Outside food & drink is allowed but they don't provide any plates or glass for them. 9. Avoid booking as they have price schemes available at the hotel. 10. 2PM check in and 12PM checkout.

The restaurant is nice, clean and has all amenities like restaurant, pool, room service. However, restaurant services are terrible. The food is not so good. When you call for room service, you have to call numerous times before anyone picks up. And then after you order you have to wait for more than an hour for food that's not so good. We ended up eating from outside despite have restaurant in the hotel. Otherwise, everything else is good. They will help you with bike and cab to and fro the restaurant. The staff is polite and courteous.

My stay was really amazing!! The rooms were really clean and pretty. The balcony view was cherry on the cake. Area is quite and it's located at the centre of North Goa. pros: Room service was quick. Food is good though they don't have more options but there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. cons: They did not do TV recharge even after informing them thrice. They have a little parking issue as space is very less, it becomes difficult to manage your vehicle.

The rooms are amazing, the service is great but the restaurant timings are a nightmare, I mean you don't wake up before 10 on a vacay and their kitchen closes at 10am in the morning. Rest a well kept property, near by to all great places. If you prefer to eat from outside like us, this is a must stay place.

First they gave a room which was having weird smell and very unpleasant. But when I made a complaint, they changed the room. That was good. The food was quite decent. The overall experience was good. The staff was also helpful.

Overall this is a good hotel. This hotel allow outside food from Swiggy etc For Ex ,You will be charged for additional water bottle at 2.5x of MRP mean ₹50 Better to carry,5L from outside nearby shop at ₹65
