The homestay is a genuine homestay with following pros n cons: Pros: 1.Great location(away from busy shimla) i.e. 4 km from lakkar bazar bus stand. 2.The owner who manages it with utmost interest.He is v kind n genuine person. 3.The rooms which r Neat,big sized n front facing/Jungle facing which adds to the beauty of the stay. 4.Good homely food with NO RED MIRCH(best part of food). Cons: 1. There r NO cons as such.

Nice place to stay with family. Shankar, Properiter, helped us in booking cabs for best rates. Given nice suggestions to roam around the city. Good tasty home food offered which is worth for the money, not expensive.

Rooms are very good and they serve good food also. I request you if you have booked this hotel and going first time to shimla then kindly ask for assistance from the owner. Rest it was wonderful experience.

Breakfast was good but the owner of dev homestay provided the same stuff in lunch and dinner.rajma that was given in lunch was also given in dinner. Overall it was nice to be there

Average homestay. It is nearly 15 km away from Shimla Railway station, Taxi vala charge 500 bucks for dropping at hotel. Basic things like tovel etc not supplied.
