The facilities provided by the hotel is good but there is no customer response at all. They are rude a bit with the customers. as they charge extra money if 3 members are traveling like a family they need to adjust in the double bed room still paying the extra amount. That’s not fair on the part of the hotel management, treating customer’s who are piligrims and using to get more money through them. Other than this everything looks fine and good!

Quite a new hotel, though it's a bit far from the main temple n a Rick would cost Rs 40 to go there. Sufficiently big , clean rooms, good service, clean toilets, seperate family enclosure in dining area Only good or bad point depending on your point of outlook is that it serves both **** n non veg , so maybe not very amenable for devout families . But there is a nearby pure veg Kamat Restaurant also.Ample parking space.

Total value for money. The hotel as well as the room was very clean and properly maintained. The location is a little far off from the main mandir. We had our own vehicle, so it was not at all an issue. The people are courteous and helpful. Food is the only low point. Overall experience was good.

Very dirty. It wasn't even cleaned after the last guest vacated forget sanitization. Only plus is a parking space and very humble people in room service and housekeeping. Water is hard water for bath. Hence once can see hardwater stains. Rooms are big. But not worth the money spent.

Don't expect too much from this hotel ! it's simple lodge for pilgrimage. Lack of Amenities like no hot water , unclean mattress , Cigarette butts in bathroom ..what one can expect. Bigger room does not matter than cleanliness. Hope they will improve. Frankly not for Professionals !

Good to stay. But for vegetarians it's difficult for food. There is no lift so it's difficult for elders . The rooms start from 2nd floor as cellar forms ground and therestaurant at 1st floor. There would've been a lift.

book deluxe double bedroom but given double bedroom ... recepsionist aruged you booked doublebedroom i show the receipt also to him deluxe room but he didnot accept .....othewise all good ...worst behaviour

good but a.c. is not functioning as needed. They stop it in the night at about 2 a.m. to disturb and needed to call to start. We like comfort for family specifically, which was not available here.

No lift available. That information was not available before booking. Staff was indifferent attitude. No towel/soap/drinking water was available in room and had to be requested multiple times.
