AC was not working in reception area...i had to wait for sometime and it was too hot....broken taps in bathroom...no water pressure in showers...TV not working...no hooks in bathroom to hang clothes and towel....overall badly maintained hotel though staff was good.

rooms are good. but property is old. not maintained properly. hot water and shower not proper. but neat n clean. staff is stubborn. they should be polite not blunt.
