+ Points : Well, luxury at its hight. Smoothest stay ever. Highly sophisticated, unbelievably comfortable and food heaven. What not, they have a little bit of everything one can think of. Staff is highly courteous and helpful. Not able to find irresponsibility, lazyness and dirt ;-) People like Parvinder at Bar and Somveer at Resturant are gem of a person and asset to the facility. Most requests were effortlessly accepted. -Points : They have one of the best swimming pool in the world of hotels but nearly half a KM away from the stay, so not justified as not easily accessible or usable to families. Pool table at bar was not functional either, Parvinder kept trying to have it working though.

Very well located, spacious and well equipped rooms, good receptive staff. The only aspect is the rate, which is on the higher side compared to leading 3/4 star hotel chains. Particularly impressed with the staff, who are always positive and try to figure out a solution. Special mention of Mr. Sanjay at Reception, who left a god impression due to his promptness and positivity. However, the breakfast spread surely can be improved in terms of choices and options. If one is not very keen on branded properties, it is a decent option.

Gym is alright Swimming Pool is nice (gym and pool around 200m away) Food is good Staff is very nice and helpful Sometimes staff is a bit confused due to which guest gets confused regarding food and stuff (buffet or room service) bathroom layout could be better a bit expensive breakfast doesn't have much change very much on daily basis (overall good mix of food) dinner is good Parking Good Location overall nice place to stay expensive

Easily located, excellent society around the hotel gives a good view, reception could be bigger, it's a very small one man show right now there. Close to Cyberhub and leisure valley. Complimentary BF had less choices but covered all the essentials. Good place to stay all in all.

what price they charge its worth to stay, food is awesome and very reasonable as comparison to other 4 and 5 star hotels. balcony room will be the best option and overall as a 4 star hotel they have services like 5 star hotel. staff and food is too good

Great location and very clean rooms. The food was excellent and freshly cooked. Must try the tandoori items. The pool is in the adjacent property which was a bit of a dampener though.
