Front rooms have got the valley view, thus they fall under premium category. I booked a deluxe room and at the time of check in Manager told me that my room has been upgraded to premium category. But when we got the key it was again a deluxe room. One star less for food price, Food is way expensive and Buffet really need to add few more items. Breakfast buffet has only AlooPuri, Idli Sambhar, Porridge and Bread butter. Tea was not hot. Rooms are clean and Spacious.

I booked a deluxe room in this property for one night. The room was clean, spacious and very beautiful. But the bed was really really uncomfortable. It gave me a tough night. Instead of a double bed, there were two single beds joined together. There was so much space between the two beds that the mattresses couldn't stay in place due to which I faced major discomfort. Even my phone fell down between the space.

Property is newly constructed and is clean & beautiful. There is no facility of SPA as of now and no other enjoyable amenities. Few staff members are rude especially manager level. Non veg food is really bad but veg food is nice. Food is costlier than it should be. Serving time is more than 40 mins.

new property nad nice rooms . but bit away from market. if you have your own vehicle then u can take this hotles else bhagsunath is best option for hotels . service need to be improved. food taste was very good location and service 3* else property 4* bar is still closed

Rooms are well maintained ,cleaned ,and quite exotic . View is awesome if u select deluxe but have to pay extra , staff is very helpful and the location is pretty well to visit all near by hot spots . Dal lake is just couple of foots close .

We stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel rooms are very clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. This hotel is close to Dal lake, which is nice place to hangout. Hotel is approx 3 km from Mcleodganj market, but the location is worth for money.

Very good location. It is adjacent to dal lake. 3 kms from main market of mcloyed ganj. Hotel staff is very caring and humble. Food is little bit costly but tasty. Very comfortable stay with hotel.
