Full marks to cleanliness and customer service. The pool water looks green because of the green roof overhead. Water is clean. The caretaker Akshay is super cooperative. It started raining and he offered his umbrella to go the beach. Food menu is suitable for both veggies and non veggies. I feel the people who have written negative reviews are the ones who won't like even the bestest of places. And yes, it is a COUPLE FRIENDLY resort.

We had booked Dormitory for 15 people. The room was clean. Mainly the bathrooms were very clean. This resort has a small swimming pool, it's small but enjoyable. The food here is really awesome. The quality and quantity is good. The owner is also very humble with everyone. Plus point is that the beach is at a walkable distance. It takes around 5-7 mins to reach the beach. Overall the stay experience was very good.

It was a budget friendly but seemed like not really satisfying but hardly managed basic needs . The cottage was average but the bathroom was bad ,old TV set in room and In breakfast only poha and upma available and only marathi food for dinner. Staff were slower but courtious . I would have rated it 2&half stars

cleanliness OK. no resort feeling. rooms are small and door partition in between rooms. very less free space in compound. manager and owner not accessible to our complaint. advantage is nearby beach on walking distance.

The overall stay was nice. Room was clean and neat. Food was delicious. All staff is good and cooperative. The service was good and fast. I will recommend this place to my friends. Beach is just 2 minutes away.

We were 12 members and took 4 rooms. Rooms was good. Service was very good. Mr Patil and his assistant was very care taking. Location good. Food was toooo good. Everyone of us enjoyed stay. Keep it up

Stay at hotel was good. Nagaon beach & Badami beach is near by beach from the Hotel, akshi beach is also not so far. Only issue we had that TV was not working & plus you had to pay for mineral water.
