The pros are cleanliness, service, food quality, hospitality, reception and junior staff behavior, and all other amenities. You will undoubtedly have a 5-star experience. The casino is there, so it will be helpful to casino lovers, too.Cons: TAXI MAFIA, TAXI MAFIA.. I have written this sentence 2 times because I want to highlight this issue here. This resort is a 5-star property but they cannot help you to deal with the taxi at the gate of the resort(applicable to those who don't have their own rented car, like me). This means you can not invite any yellow number plate driver of your contact to the hotel to pick you up because taxi is there at the gate of the hotel so you will have to book taxi from them compulsory. Hotel will not help you to deal with this issue. hilton is 5 star property still they dont have their own taxi to drop their client on the highway so that clients can pick the regular taxi from outside (because goamile drivers and other taxi drivers are literally afraid of this taxi). one senior staff rudely told me that why you book taxi from goamile??? is this the answer we expect form a 5 star property manager when you ask for their help??? one junior receptionist tell this manager to help us,still he clearly says NO. that junior told him to drop us on the highway in their own taxi (if exist!!) but manager clearly refused.i ,my wife and my 2 year son use to exit the property by walk to reach on the highway with our luggage.i can understand that someone will think What is your problem with the taxi?My reason : goamile rate : 540 rs (hotel to candolim)Taxi rate : 1800 rsi hope the management can see the difference.conclusion: taxi are part of goa and they are the main reason of the tourism decline. but still i have faith on big brands to help thier guests. otherwise proprty is excellent and you will enjoy a lot here.'

Thats the wonderful property I'm looking for so much . I had the pleasure of staying at Double tree by Hilton Panaji in Goa and it was a truly heartwarming experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was outstanding, from the beautiful decor to the impeccable cleanliness. The facilities were top-notch, including the spacious and comfortable rooms, the well-equipped gym, Kids play areas and the luxurious infinity swimming pool. The food was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from, each prepared with the finest ingredients. I also had the great hospitality experience especially from ‘RACHEL, SUDEEP & SHUBHAM’ and was blown away by the impeccable service and attention to detail provided by the staff. So shout out for you guys. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay with Double Tree, staff took great care of us. Right from reception to restaurant to room service and every staff of the property, i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The only challenge is the location as it is little off the main hustling bustling areas of the Paniim city but i understand that is because it is close to the nature (riverside). As a suggestion hotel should have some sort of a shuttle service to pick and drop guest to the nearest beach (i.e. Miramar) so guests can get to enjoy the beach as well without burning a hole in their pocket due to high taxi fares. If that is done, there is no stopping for this property with the services they offer.

Stay was fantastic, staff were incredible welcoming and helpful to ensure comfortable experience. Really impressed by level of service and attention. Room was spacious and well appointed. Specially enjoyed complimentary cocktail at Poolside. Our server at restaurant MR CHANDAN, RAGHIB AND PRIYA went above and beyond accommodating every request with smile, ensured we had everything needed and made special. Mr SHAHRUKH at poolside invited and served us awesome cocktail.

The trip was so amazing. The stay was so wonderful that I actually cried while leaving. I felt as if the hotel staff is just like a family amazing okay beyond words, hospitality, beyond words, cleanliness in the rooms, perfect rooms, beautiful furniture, amazing infrastructure, amazing location, amazing food, amazing pool. Everything was amazing okay the value we got was hundred percent for the amount that we paid and the staff is the gem.

This is a beautiful place where you'll feel so peaceful and relaxed, the hospitality is wonderful and the resort atmosphere and views are quite mesmerizing, A wonderful place for the kids as well as family,My 8 year old daughter enjoyed a lot.Would definitely recommend this place to others. The pool,kids zone,Food and the river view from our balcony and the natural greenery around us.Overall it was a wonderful family stay.

amazing property. views of the river are nice. breakfast is closed at strict 10:30.mainly, casino is in the same building, which makes it very convenient if you are staying. led light on the buttons creates a bit light during night. reception is nice and made amazing anniversary decoration
