the hotel is beautiful, but it requires some maintenance. the room is spacious and clean, though the bathroom could use some attention. unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay. room service was a bit slow as well. the hotel restaurant didn't meet expectations; they won't provide glasses for water unless you order something or pay a deposit. on the plus side, room rates are reasonable, and booking offers better deals. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from condolim beach, and there's a small café next door with tasty breakfast options.

Very bad service. Even water in the washroom is not clean . Even they not provide to anyone ac remote. Behavior with people also very bad. Room is not at all clean. Even you can not sleep on bedsheets, it's very dirty. fan is broken and they set timer in ac so that you can not use more and they will not give you remot We waste our money and time . Every time we came at hotel and someone is fighting and shouting like they are mafia over their.

The locatjon of the hotel was something else and the location shown was something else. The hotel was pathetic!!!!! Really pathetic with absolutely inconsiderate staff. Checked in at 11.30 pm and at 12 when i tried asking for some water they said ab koi nahi hai, pani nahi milega. If you have lived in a average boys hostel, thats exactly how you would feel when you book a room here

worst experience I ever had ,no hygiene maintenance,no quick response by workers, ac was not working ,I stay there for 4 day with my toddler which is not comfortable there is no bathroom lock properly as well as not properly locked balcony window I will never go there again it's not pinch my pocket to stay but very bad experience

down d village is the worst hotel ever. does not have good beds. does not have hot water. ac doesn't cools the room. does not provide ac remote. no room service. no drinking water. very unclean and stinky rooms.
