The most disgusting stay I had . I booked it for two nights to avoid early check-in hazzle Checked in the morning to see a dirty tea cups , bathroom with a used soap , half empty glass water bottle, you could never see a clean space on the entire toilet it's all old with salt and yellow stains . The worst of all is the bed, I started to feel itchiness after few minutes of using the bed . On approaching for a room change I was told it isn't possible as the rooms are full and proposed a change for the second night . Which didn't gain my trust on them and didn't wanted to face a last minute change to another hotel, hence I checked out in few hours . The audacity these people had is to deny refund stating its a non refundable policy even after the sole reason for me checking out lied on them .

The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, with easy access to the IT corridor in Chennai. However, the service was disappointing. They provided only a half-liter water bottle, and when I requested more, I was told to refill from water cans placed on each floor. The complimentary breakfast seemed to be sourced from another hotel. It included Pongal, Vada, and Idly. When I asked for coffee during breakfast, the staff bluntly told me to get it myself. While the location and room quality were good, the poor service left a negative impression.

Very bad service. Wifi was not available. Even mineral water was not available. Other amenities like ironbox were missing. Breakfast was not hygenic and the utensils were not washed. The staff was not at-all professional.

Actually room and the ambience was good but bed and cot is which is not comfortable which is two cot and water is not good its completely black don't know but all above they are maintaining the ambience pleasantly

Neat, clean and spacious rooms. Reception staff is understanding and helpful.
