bedsheet was not clean, we asked them to change and then got changed, check in time was 1 pm but we were allowed to enter room at 1-45 Pm as they were getting it cleaned, refrigerator was so smelly and dirty! room was so small! tv was not working. no one was available most of the time on recpetion phone, one or two times I had to go down stairs and call waiter for any room service, food was pathetic so over all I will never visit this hotel and will not recommend anyone,

The hotel has a good road connectivity and parking is also available. The mall road is nearby and you can find small shops and public transport around the hotel. We stayed there with family and the staff cooperated us very well. Their deluxe rooms are small and no view. Go for their super deluxe rooms. Amazing view and Amazing washroom!

Pathetic Hotel,No hot water ..inspite of calling the service boy many times he said it will not work and very dirty and unhygenic bed and bedsheet we are not able to sleep the entire night ..when we ask the hotel to change it they gave one another dirty bedsheet . if you realy want to spoil your shimla trip go for this hotel

Hotel is bit far from railway station but taxi is easily available to the location. Room was neat and clean so overall good experience. I like the hotel location and the facilities in room like bed, AC, TV, neat and clean washroom with washroom kit.

Excellent service by fellows. I stayed for 4 nights bcoz I had an exam. They were very cooperative knowing the fact that I had an exam. Very helpful guys. Will be looking forward to stay here in future as well.

It was near to the market. The food was good in taste. The staff was supportive. Wi-Fi facility was available. The hospitality was good. It was a secure place to stay. Overall it was good to stay.

It was near to the market but there was no proper view from this place. I did not try the food. Some of the staff were good and some rude. Wi-Fi facility was available. We can stay safe.
