I had a very pleasant stay at Treebo Trend Dwarika Inn . I initially booked the hotel for a single day , but later extended to another 3 days. I stayed in delux double room ( room no 404 ) . I will list the pros and cons here. Pros -1. Very good location at Madhumilan chowk opposite Dawa bazar. It's 700 meters from Sarwate bus stand and 1 km from Indore Railway station . 2. Delux rooms are quite large in size . 3. Service is very prompt . 4. Considering it's a budget property, the amenities in the rooms are excellent. AC, fan, geyser, all plug points, tv will all pay channels , electric kettle with complimentary tea coffee all are available. 5. Lift/ elevator is very useful for senior citizens . 6. From reception to kitchen, everyone works with a smile . 7. 24 hours hot water availability .Cons - 1. Complimentary breakfast could be better. No choice is provided . Everyday we had poha and alu paratha with curd . 2. Lighting in the room could be brighter. 3. bathroom size is quite small. Overall I am very satisfied with my 4 day stay

Must read review While booking on goibibo room it was mentioned 180sqft but room was around 120 sqft. It was small room and bed was also small not even 6ft wide. There was no cealing fan only wall fan I booked for 1500 standard room but stay quality was only worth 1000rs. old construction, toilet leaking. Room quality is not good. My room lock has opened without key sometimes. I have video but it's not uploading here. Good thing is Location is good, Rajvada, station, malls and 56 dukan, sarafa all are nearby and staff behaviour is good, host is nice and everyone talks nicely and handles nicely

Worst hotel ever i have seen in my life... A lot of cockroaches was there in bathroom and in room also and bad smell, During checkin... Receptionist said i am giving you deluxe room but it was so uncomfortable and television was also not working. only good thing was location and breakfast.

Photo shows three person in a bed. But the third bed put on floor. not good if some insect comes.Breakfast is good. Extra Rs500paid for early checking.
