Worst customer service...no one can give the proper response...i don't recommend to here. drinking water is mandatory..but it's also not provide without inform. Winter hot water not available...he said solar system so not worked...

0 star for cleanliness. Bed cover, pillow cover, towels are dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. They are reluctant to clean even after requesting.

I won't recommend this hotel for stay. Worst hotel ever. Worst behaviors towards customers.
