the room was decent sized as per the cost. location of stay is good. i don't recommend it for family, singles are fine. but it feels unsafe to stay there. not a lot of facilities, they don't even have the facility to order food. the service staff is really not upto the mark. also, the rooms are next to a banquet hall so you would be hearing all the functions and sounds till banquet hall is used. the exit and entry to rooms are through banquet hall as well. i had to check-out and then go through a b'day celebrations to exit, everybody was wondering who am i? done

I told the manager Mr. Shashikant Pandey that my wife is visiting alone with kids and shall be coming 1 or 2 hours early as per train time. he said if rooms are available he will allow early check-in. the rooms were available still he asked for 500 and didn't allow. he was very rude wid my family. they had a very bad time during check-in. Next bad thing is breakfast. each day they gave dhokla and denied any choice of ours. So u can't place any choice and have to eat whatever they serve - good or bad

reception : not there rooms : too small food for dinner : not available breakfast : Pathetic they served me cold tea, idli, sambhar, and sandwich and when I raised it to the manager, he said it in very rude tone " Thanda ho Gaya hoga" Basically this is a banquet with some rooms for wedding guests and when there is no wedding event they take booking for rooms just for extra income They have nothing to do with Guest's comfortable stay or hygiene

The manager Shashikant Pandey is very bad, rude, and unprofessional. doesn't miss a chance to insult and humiliate. my wife stayed along with her friend and kids. during checkin he demanded extra money for early checkin, insisted and allowed only after they paid. only good thing was the rooms - big and new. other bad thing is the breakfast. you don't have any variety or choice. u have to eat what they serve. won't recommend this to anyone.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Property is good located in the last floor of central bazaar. Rooms are clean but they have to really work more on the services. There is no inhouse dining and breakfast is limited options and served in room. I would definitely want the hotel to look in to management part of this property.

Only one good thing is big size room. 4 person easily manage. No restaurant but near hotel to many eateries. Good Location. Bike and Car parkings available. Dont expect help from hotel staff. they will not touch/ carry / bring your luggage.

it's only a banquet hall with some rooms, and is suitable only if you are attending any event in that banquet,else it's of no use. No Room service, no arrangement of breakfast or not even of tea

It's price worthy. The two things to improve are, first room must be necessarily equipped with electric kettle and secondly fans must be cleaned as they throw so much dust when switched on
