I stayed here twice in July '24, for a total period of almost 12 days. The property is amazing, clean and well maintained. They have ample parking space and nice views of Chamundi Hill from some rooms and from the restaurant as well. The rooftop restaurant is really good, the food is excellent quality-wise, and has very reasonable pricing. Breakfast is excellent. The location of the hotel, being right in the heart of the city is very convenient for someone who wants to get to all nearby places. Although it is located on a major road, there is very little noise in the rooms. Smart TV in the rooms is another positive factor, so you can just login to the app of your choice and watch what you want. The greatest plus is the staff - right from the security to the front office, from housekeeping to restaurant staff, everyone is efficient, always pleasant, very co-operative and diligent. They leave nothing to complain about. The only suggestions or negatives I have are about the washroom - the interior and overall design of the bathroom feels a bit odd though the fittings work well. Had the bathroom been a little bit more airy and let some light in, it would have been better. Also, there should be an additional plug point for the electric kettle; here we have to remove the Wi-Fi router's plug for a few minutes in order to use the kettle or take the kettle to the plug points near the bed. Again, one elevator isn't enough. Else it needs to be faster and a bit larger. But again, those little problems are overshadowed by the cleanliness, the decent size of the rooms and the excellent staff members. I'd definitely stay there again.

We had a great time staying at Emerald Urban Comforts. The rooms were clean, well maintained & the staff Anurag, Sriveni & Mahesh were very polite. They always greeted us with a smile & accommodated all our requests. We accidentally dropped a photograph behind one of the tables. They went out of the way to call the maintenance staff, unscrew the table & get the photograph out for us. The food at the restaurant Sattvic is also delicious & the restaurant staff were also very polite & fast in their service. They even have a huge parking space next to the building. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay at Mysore.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The staff was courteous. We got an upgrade, which was nice! The breakfast buffet was tasty. The restaurant overall is pretty and the food is reasonably priced.The location is central. The Palace and Zoo are very near and good transportation is available easily.The upgrade. People at the restaurant - we wanted zero spicy dal for our kid and they gave us the zero spicy dal. I am forgetting the name of the lady who took our order, but she was a delight!

Welcomed with warmth and hospitality, we felt at home. The staff was always friendly and offered advice. The central location made it easy to visit all the sights and attractions we wanted. And cleanliness? Impeccable. Our room was clean, and the hotel was clean overall. Our experience exceeded expectations. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. This is a new property which is just 5 months old and everything is neat and clean. Service is quick and prompt. The biggest highlight is the food served in the roof top restaurant. Food was very tasty and delicious and with ample choice of items for everyone. The staff in the restaurant are polite and courteous. My advice even to the locals is to visit this restaurant!!!

It was an awesome stay experience. The staff, including, the security guard, receptionist and the people at the roof top restaurant were so humble and co-operative. The buffet breakfast was so tasty and healthy. I would visit again if I got the chance to travel again to Mysore. Family friendly and was so cooperative when my toddler baby was crying all around. The staff tried to pacify her without any hesitation.

We did not like one thing - Our Uber driver cancelled the booking post talking to someone from the hotel - who then gave us an alternate costlier option which we had ho take as we had no options. It seems they all have commission cycles for such intercity rides which is not a good experience for customers. Apart from this, the stay & food was good. The location is good as well.

Its a bang for buck no non-sense hotel. Brand new with clean linen and washrooms. Good service, friendly staff , good in-house restaurant and on a great location. Perfect for your stay in Mysore. There is just one -ve thats the wifi connectivity and its speed, its not at par & is very poor at the property. But overall a definite recommendation from my end.

It was a great stay at the hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Thankyou Shreemni and Mahesh for making our stay comfortable. And their gaurd was like a local guide, you just ask him he will tell you the easiest way to reach that place. Food being from brand Satvik has kept it's name high. Overall a excellent stay!

Stay was good. good ambience. the roof top veg restaurant was good. the snacks item were not that good. the breakfast dish are good. smart tv available in the room. chair was there and no seperate table. ac available. no dental kit and shaving kit given. complimentary soap and shampoo given.
